Trees come very well packaged, and though "branches" are bent you can reshape them. The height is only attainable with the highest branch straighened. The pots naturally collect some rainwater, so I use mosquito donuts to prevent insect infestation. Wow!! I think this faux tree is absolutely beautiful! I definitely underestimated how big it would really be and had to find a different spot than planned for it but, wow, do I love it! It's extremely well made, no leaves have fallen off and it was packaged nicely that even when it was upside down, it sustained no damage. I really love this little tree. It's so pretty in our living room. It really bring life to our mostly white space. What I will say is that it does NOT come with the plant pot thats pictured. So if you are ordering this one, also order a cute pot to sit it in. It's also not as big as is pictured, which for me, actually worked out even better.
