Customers find the product visually appealing with realistic colors and a full appearance. However, many reviews mention that the included pot is too small and often arrives broken, requiring customers to purchase a replacement. Some customers also noted that the fullness of the plant did not match the product images. Packaging issues, including loose gravel and broken pots, were also reported.
