This 12'' antique ocean globe with numbered die-cast meridian features a magnificently detailed resin eagle with a bronze finish and gold accents.

Very pretty. Perfect size for my table. Easy to assemble.. Anonymous. Mon Sep 07 2026

Get a closer look at the world, thanks to the gyro-matic mounting that swings up or down to bring any area into closer view. Vivid map to help easily distinguish political boundaries. Numbered full-meridian and gyro assembly.

This is a well-made, accurate globe with a raised relief to represent topography like mountain ranges. My one complaint is that the color of the holder looks a little darker in the online picture as though it were an antique brass finish, and the actual color is bright golden (spray-painted steel?), so uniform in color that it almost looks plastic. There is also a small blue plastic disk at the top of the holder that isn't shown in the picture. This is still very good; as an object of decor, it's not quite what I wanted.. Mary. Boston, MA.
