To use the clock without the cuckoo, remove the 2 batteries from the slots where it writes "Cuckoo". Batteries are not included in the box. To frequently ask questions: 1. Is the battery included? No, the battery is not included in this package. 2. How many batteries do I need? You will need 3 x C batteries for the clock to work in full, if you do not wish to have the cuckoo clock sound, you may only put 2 x C batteries. 3. Can I adjust the volume of the sounds? Yes, there is a volume switch to adjust the volume, to completely turn it off you would need to remove the battery. 4. Can I adjust the cuckoo clock singing time? No, it has been manufactured and set to sing from 7 am to 9 pm. Once every hour, the door of the cuckoo clock will be opened, and the bird will be popping out and sing "Kookoo, Kookoo" according to the hour, for example, at 1 o'clock, it will sing once, and at noon, the bird will sing "Kookoo" twelve times. This clock does not have noisy flashing noise like others, purely just "Kookoo''. 6. How do I register for the 2-year warranty? The instruction is full in the package, you may just register your clock online to be for qualified the 2-years warranty.
