This candle has a good size to it and unless you are right on top of it looks as though it is a real candle. Goodness knows how expensive it would be to purchase a true candle, but I have used it for a long time. I have not even needed to change the batteries. It throws off light exactly like a real candle. Little smaller than I thought but it’s in my window and I am happy with it The only thing that I was taking by was there being no star base for the two candles that I purchased which I thought made it a fair deal they came in a nice package that said thank you.
