Open this treasure chest and find 1 pound of genuine Lincoln Wheat Ear pennies. Minted 1909-1958, the coin honors the 100th anniversary of Lincoln's birth and was the first American coin to bear the image of an actual person. Reverse design symbolizes US agricultural heritage. Includes a Certificate of Authenticity.

We are happy with these wheat ear pennies and treasure chest. They look authentic and are pretty close to what you see pictured here. The only wish we have is that there was a greater mix of years in them. It seems to be heavily concentrated on the 50's. But other than that we love them and they worked out well for us.. Catherine.
