Blue & Brass Globes

Get a closer look at the world, thanks to the gyro-matic mounting that swings up or down to bring any area into closer view. Vivid map to help easily distinguish political boundaries. Numbered full-meridian and gyro assembly.

This is a well-made, accurate globe with a raised relief to represent topography like mountain ranges. My one complaint is that the color of the holder looks a little darker in the online picture as though it were an antique brass finish, and the actual color is bright golden (spray-painted steel?), so uniform in color that it almost looks plastic. There is also a small blue plastic disk at the top of the holder that isn't shown in the picture. This is still very good; as an object of decor, it's not quite what I wanted.. Mary. Boston, MA. Designed for interiors where every object feels intentional, this modern globe brings together function and form in a way that feels both subtle and distinctive. The muted palette and high-gloss finish create a softer visual rhythm than traditional globes, allowing it to integrate naturally into bookshelves, desks, and curated office settings. Set within a polished chrome frame, the sphere rotates smoothly for easy exploration, revealing detailed country and city labeling along with select elevation mapping. A weighted base with a felt underside adds stability and a quiet sense of luxury, making the piece as satisfying to place as it is to use. Whether styled alongside travel keepsakes or layered into a refined workspace, it offers a composed, design-led presence that complements rather than competes.

Bring the wonders of the world into your home with this mesmerizing 6-inch Magnetic Levitation Globe. Combining advanced floating technology with a soft, touch-controlled gradient LED light, it serves as both a captivating educational tool for kids and a stylish, energy-efficient night light for any room. Crafted from durable, wear-resistant materials, this globe rotates silently to spark curiosity and add a modern, dreamy touch to desks, shelves, or bedside tables—all at an unbeatable, family-friendly value.

I am so proud of this product actually!!! It’s everything that is advertised! It rotates slowly, pretty small not heavy, it does take a few tries to get the Earth levitating but it’s pretty easy. The green light will indicate that it’s getting close to the right thing lol. It’s a neat, nerdy, idiosyncratic item, but definitely worth your money! ☺️. Anonymous. Sun Jun 15 2025
