I like this floating frame but I am not 100–% pleased with the overall quality. There is too much room in between the glass making it hard to hold my art inside. The frames I ordered were large. 19”x25”. They were packed well and were perfect on delivery. They look great with the portraits and mattes that I added. To put the portrait in the frame, 1. Bend the metal back holders as directed to release the cardboard back. 2. Tilt the backing up on one side, if you are adding a matte, (not included) put that in first, facedown. 3. These are nice frames I plan to use for crafting. I remove the plastic covering, fill the picture space with Venetian plaster and press found objects and memorabilia into the plaster as it is curing.
