Overall it’s a really nice decorative piece. I thought it was a larger globe like the one I got for my younger grandchildren on this same order. The globe is small as well as the printing. It doesn’t spin smoothly so we’re being careful when handling it. It will work until I find a larger globe better suited for educational purposes. I will keep it on my desk as it was intended. Update 992025- It’s more disappointing than i originally thought. I’m not sure measured as 13” because nothing on this globe comes close to 13”. And it does not spin all the way, it stops midway so you have to spin backwhere you startback to where you started to get a full rotation. I wish I could return and spend the money in something else.
