First, it's gorgeous! I purchased this about 6-8 months before my home was built. Because other reviews mentioned how well it was packaged I didn't even open the box until I moved in and the mirror was safe and sound. Design, structure, and looks all good, but the hanging arrangement in back has a horizontal length of metal with 2 slots for in-wall screws. The slots are about 11 inches apart. The problem with the fixed slots is that the slots might not be level plus you would have to get the wall screws exactly level, with no means of adjusting the mirror's level.. We ordered the 60 x 40 and it actually measures 59 1/4 x 39 1/4. It didn't matter with our installation but just be aware if the sizing is critical on your project. We highly recommend this mirror!.
