Very disappointed with the curtains. The picture displayed is not what I received. The drapes were bulky and did not hang as nicely as the ones displayed. The color was off, and though it was viewed via computer, what I received looked like a pasty watercolor. No elegance at all. The picture on the Wayfair website makes the curtains look very elegant and suitable for a living room area. The actual curtain I received is one that could go into a rec room or family room. Not dressy at all. I am also disappointed because I spoke with a representative who stated the curtains were hung with hooks which created that nice, clean division between each section. This was not an accurate statement. The loops were not evenly cut, width-wide, so the curtains bunched horribly! Not a nice flow. The material was pretty rough. After speaking with the representative, and her viewing the product, I believed she had accurate information, so I trusted her, and her excitement about the beauty of the curtains! Should not have done that! I must add, all of the representatives that have spoken with have been very courteous and customer friendly. I just hate that my first buying experience from Wayfair was not the best! I will be very careful if I shop and will make sure to read the customer reviews. Reviews really help!!! I am sure there are some pretty good products you can purchase through Wayfair, just do your homework and don't believe the pictures. They are not always going to be accurate, nor will the descriptions be. Read the reviews and don't depend on the representatives to give you descriptions because they are seeing what you see and possibly may not have any additional information to help you make your purchase..
