As it’s getting dark in the evening, and the lights are on in our kitchenfamily room, you can see everything in our home almost as clearly as if the shade were not in place. Also, my home is fully automated with Alexa control. I have two universal RF hubs (Bond Bridge Pro and Toyanc IRRF transmitter) for home automation, and for some reason, both accepted the programming frequency of the remote (433.92 MHz), but neither would transmit the right codes. They are kind of ‘rugged’ — I was hoping for a little more elegance but really good product for the price if the look works for you. I’ve been looking for some type of natural wood blinds for a while. Most are priced too high for my project. These are sturdy, the raise/lower mechanism works great at this point and they provide good privacy — you can’t see through them which a lot of the other more affordable options do not provide.. Very nice quality. Easy to assemble and hang. Provides wonderful shade against direct sunlight. Has a handle that hooks on and off easily for rolling up or down.
