The Sharp Jumbo 4'' Atomic Clock has a built-in receiver that automatically synchronizes itself with the WWVB radio broadcast by the US Government's National Institute in Fort Collins, Colorado. The Atomic clock will always be accurate to within one second. The clock displays the time, indoor and outdoor temperature, calendar, and day of the week. It is a battery-powered main unit with 4 x AA batteries - A sensor, and 2 x AAA batteries (not included). The Wireless outdoor sensor (included) transmits the outdoor temperature to the atomic wall clock.

I like that this clock has very clear print. I bought it for my son to use that can’t read a non digital clock yet and asks me the time for things. I also like that it dims slightly from 7pm-7am. The downside is it has to be plugged in. I wanted to hang it on the wall. It’s not charged and no batteries, just a plug. So, it’s only designed to sit on a table. That was not explained. I think for a digital clock, the price is about double what they typically cost. I’ve bought really nice Howard miller clocks for 1/3 the price. If one has poor vision, this clock would be perfect though. The font is large and sharp. Edit: I’ve had this at least a school year now and it’s great. I have it in my bedroom and can see it at night and my kids can read and understand. It has come in very handy with my poor vision at night and when I wake up in the morning.. Sarah. Absolutely love this sunrise alarm clock. It is so colorful and beautiful with so many features. Particularly like the evening feature that gradually goes dim so your bedroom is without any distracting light while you’re trying to go to sleep. There are so many options in terms of color and mode, which is what I was looking for. It’s a really good size not too big.-Definitely not too small. I also find the USB port very useful for charging my iPhone at night. The indoor and outdoor temperature read outs are very handy and useful. Icouldn’t be happier.. Househuntress. This clock is with a unique and timeless design. It is suitable for your room.

It does what they say it does but it needs just a little better face lift. It looks rather plain. On the whole, it is a great clock. The second hand could be imbelished so the clock can be seen as working. Light reflects off the dome so earth is hard to see if it rotating. Land mass should be reflective. Considering the price, I guess I'll get used to it. Upgrades would look better. Adding to my previous review, 2 additional faults drop my expectations down to zero but 1 star is needed to publicise defaults. !. The chimes bells do not function. Just a big thug when the hammers fall. 2. Price dropped $3000 since I bought mine from Wayfair March 2023. Wayfair told me to find a clock fixer. 20000 in the US.
