Customers appreciate the product's compact size, making it ideal for bedside tables and travel. The brightness of the display is a point of contention, with some finding it easy to read and well-lit, while others feel it is too dim. Ease of use and functionality are generally praised, with features like a backlight and easy-to-set buttons being highlighted. However, some users expressed disappointment that the product is battery-operated only, preferring an electric option with battery backup.
