Looks great as a decorative piece as intended, just don't expect a real functional globe . The surface overlay isn't perfectly aligned at the seam, which leads to some distortion. There's also a time zone indicator at the poles, but it's a separate piece of heavy paper which on mine at least wasn't actually glued down, so there's no way for it to remain accurate unless you glue it yourself..
