I had problems placing my order online so I was so pleased when a customer service agent helped me. The curtains arrived s few days later. I had expected gauzy, thin curtains (at that low price!) and was pleased to see the curtains were room darkening and made from a heavier polyester fabric which darkens the room AND blocks the heat/cold.
