Frame is quite nice, with a little sheen to it. I ordered the 24x32 frame for my 20x28 picture. The mat that comes with the frame is about 2" wide all around. I painted it the same color as my wall, and it looks really nice that way. The glass was acrylic not real glass and is reflective (making the image hard to see sometimes).
