I have purchased many things through Wayfair and typically have always been happy with their customer service, but I purchased this pool and the next day it went on clearance sale and I asked if they would price match. They declined to do so and told me I could send the pool back, which I would have to pay upwards of $80 dollars in shipping, and get a refund and then repurchase the pool at the discounted price. This does not make sense to me and I’m very discouraged. I will no longer be a customer of Wayfair.

I don’t know that I would blame Wayfair for the way that this shows up - i’ve noticed that deliveries in Texas tend to all be a varying degree of terrible. The FedEx driver just gave zero care to how he took it off of the truck, basically slid it off the end and let it drop to the ground instead of using the liftgate. The outer box was ruined, it came off before it was offloaded he just slid it back on, and there’s a huge gouge on the side of the inside pool box itself. I will come back and update once I get all the parts out and get ready to set it up. Something may still end up being damaged.

I can’t rant enough about this pool it shipped two us in less then three days so easy to put u took an hour to fully ensemble it and my kids have so much fun in it
