Sunjoy Roberts Outdoor Patio Steel Frame 11 x 13 ft. 2-Tier Soft Top Gazebo with Light Gray Canopy Roof, Netting, and Curtains

It was great for one season and looked so nice. We took the fabric off over the winter to protect it, got so excited to set it up this spring but after one good rain, the metal twisted and the roof caved in.

Roof frame is bent. I was told it is acceptable to leave it on in winter. How do I file a claim. I submitted a claim but have not yet got a response. I sent the pictures and potential parts that need to be replaced. Since I have done this, I have had time and the weather is not -40. It would be advisable to replace the whole roof assembly to make sure none of the rest of the metal is bent. Thank you very much.

A very nice addition to our space! Beautiful and well made! Outside space that is enjoyable and able to use it no matter what the weather brings!

Just put up at the end of July. Is already rusty and top has ripped in 2 spots.

We have had this gazebo for quite some time and it is holding up very well. We really like the zip-up sides. The quality is very good.

Bad stitch job on the fabric on a corner and also on top roof cover. The mosquito netting near the top of the roof doesn't cover adequately

Defect received. Canopy sewn incorrectly. Pictures sent and Sunjoy sending new canopy.

UPDATE: At first glance it appears to be great, but then it barely lasted 2 seasons. Canopy ripped, seams leaked creating water pockets and mold. 1 star for strong frame. Not worth the ridiculous price and no replacement canopy available. If you ignore this review and buy it anyway, at least have it professionally installed. It must be anchored to a deck or patio. I wouldn’t advise anchoring into the grass unless it’s cemented.
