Vega 108" Faux Fur Reversible Sectional With Storage Ottoman

I will continue here. The delivery #s provided were not in service and the text had one number, email had another, neither worked. THEN had to CHAT again and they told me I would need to search the company online and try and find a number to contact them. I HAD NO IDEA what company it was. They gave me a number to call FINALLY. Lady was very nice, she tried calling and tracking with no luck either. Long story short I HAD TO CANCEL my plans to be home. THEN, the delivery was wrong. It was the entire back piece of the sectional and it came with two cushion. I now have a VERY HEAVY and BIG back of a couch in my garage that I have no idea how to get rid of. AND the cushions still do not align with the sectional. It truly appears I bought this thing from a garage sale and pieced it together. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT of product is FIRST and all other issues SECOND. I have no way of returning this product since purchased online and put together. I cannot just pack it up and send it back. I would prefer someone come get this and receive a full refund and buy product from a reputable local retailer. Or at least a refund. You can tell from pictures I bought covers trying to cover up the fuzziness of this that was supposed to as advertised, corduroy material. A refund or option to be returned as assembled is warranted. To top it all off this process has taken months.

Beautiful and comfy set. The delivery was earlier than scheduled. Love it! Highly recommend.

I am loving this sectional so far. It fits in perfectly. The fabric is soft and I love the color! The instructions were so easy that I was able to assemble it by myself.

Not what I expected with the price. No support at all at the bottom of the couch. I would never recommend this couch . It’s pretty just for the picture. Bad bad.

Soft and comfortable! Love this couch! The only thing was that it was missing the bolts for the side with the chaise so we had to go and get those from the store because we did not want to wait for them to be shipped.

Pretty easy to assemble. Beautiful couch but a little firm. Hoping it will get softer over time with use. Got the beige and looks like a very light grey in certain lighting.

It is sooo soft and comfortable you will not regret it. It is easy to put together if your handy. IF YOU ARE NOT HANDY LET THEM BUILD IT FOR YOU. I got the first part delivered in one day.

Delivery was rescheduled 3 times got the couch 11 days after it was supposed to be delivered the first time other than that all went very well
