Chair was horrible not made for elderly and u charged me 70 dollars to return it

fabric is great, size is nice for a shorter person. The speed is pretty slow. It was easy to assemble and we were able to put it together in about 15 minutes. We were looking for a chair with very simple controls and this is it. Happy with purchase

I hate this chair. The seat is too low the arm rests are too low the legs don't go up all the way and it doesn't lean back all the way. The box got put in the rain and my husband doesn't want to send it back because it took so long to put it together. I've only sat in it once. They offered a $50 refund. I'm stuck with a chair I hate. Shipping was on time and it does lift. Said it had massage it doesn't. I knew it didn't have heat. My first lived here and I can't even say how unhappy I am. No one will probably contact me but this is my honest review.

Both good and bad. The chair provides the three independent actions I needed (back, legs, lift). However, it moves slowly and pauses frequently en route to positions. The motor sounds weak, but I am of small stature. The “foam” feels thin and not very dense. Light is visible between back and seat when moderately reclined. Regardless, it positions where I need it. When I was able to find an affordable recliner that provided these components, I didn’t hesitate. I do expect it to be a temporary fix until the newer models, with cup holders, USB ports, etc become more affordable. The affordable price allowed for assistance with assembly a five-year warranty. Bottom line I can get comfortable in this chair. UPDATE ONE MONTH LATER I am seriously disappointed in the recliner I purchased a month ago. * The controls don’t work - continued pressing the control to raise the legs results in several pauses instead o one continuous lift. - continued pressing the back control up or down results in several pauses, often stopping half way, requiring repeated pressing to start the movement again. - sometimes one gentle press of the up down for back to raise or lower slightly results in continued movement to final position. - the legs do not raise to level of seat, leaving legs somewhat dangling. - the full lift button is often unresponsive, requiring repeated pressing to accomplish standing or return to seated positions - the material is already pilling. - the cushioning is nearly completely collapsed in the short time I have used this recliner. I would like to discuss a return of the chair andor reimbursement of the price of the chair and the five-year warranty,

Received this chair very quickly. Packaged very well. It is perfect for a smaller space as it is not very big. All of the features work perfectly. I like the fact that it has a remote control. The material is very comfortable as well.
