Thes design was perfect for a window with extremely limited space for a curtain rod and finials. I looked for a long time to find the right design for full functionality and my aesthetic. These were almost perfect. I’m glad I chose light weight curtains because the rod is not as big in diameter as I would have liked. I probably could use two sets of curtains on the window but I don’t think the rod would hold the additional weight. My curtains are fine and do cover the window fine but I would prefer to add an additional set for aesthetics only. I still love the design and would buy them again if they only came in this size. I did purchase a rod larger than I needed so that it is not hanging on just a weaker single rod. It has the support of the rod inside the rod that I’m not using. These are quite cute and match the finish of my door knobs and other trim exactly. However, Im going to have to use double stick tape or mounting tape because the magnets simply dont hold even with the lightest load on the inside of my exterior metal door of my laundry room. I am using two of them, top and bottom, to secure a curtain over the window on the door. I bought a quite sheer lightweight curtain and it pulls the top one right down when you move the door.. Sarah. These are stunning and well made (thicker than others I've bought); meaning will not bend or look cheap. My husband loved them so much, he had me order three more to replace the ones we'd ordered from another vendor that look thin and cheap and their color not nearly as authentic/ pretty.
