LOVE the color, texture, size and feel! It's a gorgeous statement piece for our living room. We are expecting baby #2 this summer and I wanted a glider/recliner that looked beautiful in my space but was also super functional and comfortable for newborn life. It is wide enough for my toddler to hop up and join me with future baby. I love the turn radius, I can track my toddler anywhere in our open concept room without having to get up. Love how high the removable side arm/pillows are, much easier for holding a baby. It's nice that the recline can be feet out, back up OR feet up back down. Over all this is a almost perfect fit for us. Only down sides are, when sitting all the way back my feet don't touch the ground at 5'5. So moving around is not as smooth as imagined however I recognize most recliners sit higher up. Secondly the foot rest overall goes down smoothly- but takes a little core strength (which normally won't be an issue). If recovering from a abdominal surgery of any kind will be a little harder. However we chose to go manual and not electrical and that is the trade off.

We recently (01/2025) purchased our Modmax Swivel Glider Recliner after testing it in the store. Initially we thought it was too wide for our space, and expensive for our purposes. After trying other gliders and rockers to purchase for feeding our infant, we decided to purchase the modmax for two reasons; comfort and weight limit. Most other rockers in our price range topped out at 250 lbs of weight limit. We could not be happier with our purchase. I am a wide person, my shoulders are 2 feet across, and I can sit in this char without feeling squished. My wife and I both find it incredibly comfortable. If this recliner does not hold out to infant blowouts, spit-up, and vomit, I will report back in my copious free time, otherwise you can assume that it continued to perform well.

Chair will not recline all the way and makes clunking noise when rocking. Waiting on action from company for replacement.

I absolutely love this chair, I have nothing bad to say about it.

Great modern recliner. It’s large enough a 6’2” man. Side cushions can be removed to allow additional space for pets to join. Fabric is good quality and can better withstand pets and children.

The chair is beautiful. The color, spice has a coral/pink cast to it so it didn't match well with the spice and orange in my area rug. I am 5'2" and this chair was going to be for me but it is made for a taller person so it just wasn't a good fit. I had a hard time pulling back the side hook to recline and my husband had to do it for me. I do think it may get easier with use. so, I am returning it. But, I will say...it is a very nice chair, well made and would be comfortable for the right person.

Seems sturdy, the fabric is soft and should be durable, the reclining mechanism also seems solid. I like this chair.

Love the fabric! It's super comfy and doesn't look like those old fashioned recliners chairs.
