Liked the phrase a lot but wish it wasn’t stretched canvas

Let me start by saying I am always pleased with my Wayfair orders but was not with this canvass wall art. The first time I ordered this print, it arrived with bits of writing on the top and bottom from mass production and it seems the print is too large for the frame. When I reported the issue, Wayfair agreed to send me a new one. I asked that they look over the replacement to ensure the issue was not the same as I was hanging it below my stairwell and I could see the bit of writing on the top and bottom. When the replacement arrived, it had the exact issue. I was informed I can pay to ship back for a refund. This is not great customer service for an inferior product.

The product was great. However, the mailing and delivery process was a nightmare. Had to check multiple times for the status. After the second time, Wayfair ordered a replacement. This was after I told them that two “tickets” had been created for this item.

First of all the product was late, secondly when I opened it, it was full of sand as if they dug it up. The wrapped canvas is loosely stapled on two corners and because of the sand the picture is kind of distorted, so no Im not satisfied but it would take too much efford to send it back and try to wait for another one.

Not at dark as reflected in pictures. Lettering is beige not white.
