The product is quite nice. There are two reasons why I am only giving it a four star. 1. The holes don’t always line up nicely with the screws. It’s somewhat annoying and gets a bit finicky. 2. This is actually not product specific, but Wayfair really blew it with this order. They gave us three different dates as to when it would arrive. When I contacted them, they said they were sorry but it was basically just the way it is. This product ended up stuck at the US border. When I asked them why they would not have stock in Canada there was no answer. All in all great product but not happy with the service
