Nice looking and well made

Item was damaged, used the text communication tool for processing return and it took 40 min. Not sure why so long, seemed if the representative was busy doing other things? Making lunch, doing laundry, changing a diaper, who knows. The time they spent processing my return should not have takenn more than 5 minutes. I will never shop with you again, there is no respect for your customers time. Do better

Goes well with our other pieces to hold blankets. Very well packaged and happy with it

I love the basket. It looks fantastic on my fireplace hearth with a throw hanging out of it. It looks great with the other fireplace black accessories I have such as the black lantern I ordered previously.
