Discouraged, broken pieces come, some didnt work, the pieces you make. The metal vase doesnt work, they are stiff.

My son loves his bed. But the professional assembly I paid for was terrible. bed was delivered earlier than expected. The assembly was scheduled for 71. Guy shows up and starts working - 12 way through job completion said he ran out of time and had to leave. Said it was my responsibility to call Wayfair and get someone out to finish the job. My son went 3 days without a place to sleep as the next assembler didn’t get to my house until 74. I contacted Wayfair to complain when the 1st assembler left and I got a customer service representative who didn’t express the disgust and unprofessionalism from their worker that I thought should be on display. DO BETTER. I’ve yet to receive an apology or compensation of any sort for my inconvenience and am trying to decide on the next course of action to take.

Still on the fence about this purchase. The bed looks like it would be a great fit for our son, but it arrived with damage to some of the pieces. I have requested replacement parts, and received a response to just one piece. Communication from Wayfair has been sketchy, and I had to call them to confirm all of the parts are scheduled to be replaced at some point in time. At this time, the bed is unusable as one of the parts are at one of the beginning steps of assembly.

Awesome bed, with a great price. I love that I can pay a little more and have someone build it.

Very happy with this purchase. The bed is nice and is comfortable. The only thing that was difficult when putting together was the lift portion. Aside from that, it was easy to assemble. The remote for the bed lights works in all the lights in the room, so they all match, when you change it using the remote. Not sure if that works with everyone, but it appears the lights on the bed and in the room use the same frequency. Love the storage for the bed, as well. Definitely happy with this purchase.

Put it together all by myself ~ it was a bit challenging at times but I managed!! Bed is sturdy; the lights are awesome & having the underneath is a huge bonus.

Does not support the weight that it listed. Light powers off and on ... may be defective. Headboard storage smaller than I thought. Also thought that the base was solid... not a velcro tarp! Should of bought one with drawers. Not happy at all! If I could have dismantled it and return it ... I would
