This is perfect. I had some concerns about having a wood shelf above my gas fireplace, so was happy to find this metal one. It's very sturdy and solid. This was perfect and not too hard to install.

This is from Ironhaus in Montana. Easy to mount and nice looking. Like many others you may need to bend it some to make it fit. Be aware it does have a groove at the bottom which really helped us. The company shipped us the wrong size, but Wayfair was very helpful to get another one shipped out.

Great mantel and looked great on the Black Granite face of the fireplace it was complementing...The installer did an excellent job and was professional and knowledgeable...Thank you Wayfair...and Handy for making this all happen!!!

While I haven’t had this hung yet due to renovations, I just love the look of the Fireplace Shelf for my new modern fireplace. I was able to choose the length I needed and the width is perfect for displaying photos and other memorabilia. I can’t wait to see it once it’s hung!

I ordered this mantel to replace a wooden (combustible) mantel. My fireplace company said the heat from the fireplace could set the mantel on fire, so I purchased this one. It was very easy to install. I did need someone to help me slide it onto the mounting hardware as it was heavy and longer than my arms could reach. I did install the hardware by myself. It didn't take very long at all and it looks really great! It was carefully packaged and came with everything you need. This was a fantastic purchase.
