Omg!!! This fireplace is so pretty. I had a guy friend help me put it together and it wasn’t bad at all. would recommend to buy.

this is not what I ordered. This is a cheap veneered mantle. It was supposed to be a solid wood mantle.

This arrived warped, dented and with large scrapes in the wood top. It is not useable. Have sent photos for refund. Was told would receive an answer in 2-3 days for a resolution. Still nothing. Not impressed at all.

Loved it out of the box but over a couple months it started to warp/twist so badly. There is now a gap on one side of the mantel and it pushing against the wall on the other. I understand that being a solid piece of wood, there is a potential for twisting but I feel this is a bit extreme especially given how much we paid.
