Very unhappy. Both mirrors are distorted. They are like fun house mirrors. What recourse do I have?

Very cheap looking. Not as pictured or described! Frame has several imperfections that will NOT rub out, maybe due to packaging, but probably directly correlates to poor quality material. Porch installers hung mirror crooked also. I will be returning. Wondering how reviews for a very expensive mirror were so favorable? I question validity of reviews now and it will be a long time before I shop at Wayfair again.

This mirror looks OK mounted except that you can see a thin reflection of the brown particle board frame backing. Cheesy considering I paid almost $600 for an extra large mirror. If you are looking for a "silver" finish like those beautiful pictures, it ISN'T. The metallic frame color is more like brushed nickel and therefore looks yellow above my chrome fixtures, which makes me very sad. It does not appear to be made of glass at all. It flexes! The instructions say you should only clean it with a DRY CLOTH. You cannot use any liquids to clean it or it "voids the warranty". Are you kidding? It's supposed to be a MIRROR! Which tells you that the particle board frame will absorb any liquids and warp. And who knows what the mirror surface is made of - why would liquids be a problem if it were made of glass? The hanging hardware is inadequate, according to my contractor, so buy some sturdier stuff. So basically, although it looks OK mounted (if you want a nickel finish) the reflection is good, the frame corners are OK, this is a cheaply constructed "mirror" that is not glass & is not worth the $. I only ordered online because I needed an oversized mirror & you can't find them in stores. Should have spent the extra $ to have it custom made locally so I could be sure of quality and appearance. Live and learn.
