AIDAbella, launched in April 2008 by Meyer Werft in Papenburg, Germany, is one of the most elegant and modern cruise ships of AIDA Cruises. Known for its distinctive eye and wave design, this luxurious vessel provides an unforgettable experience for travelers worldwide. Designed for those who appreciate the beauty and innovation of maritime engineering, this handcrafted model ship is a true tribute to the grandeur of the AIDAbella.
This fully assembled model is constructed from high-quality wood, including cedar, mahogany, and teak, ensuring durability and authenticity. It is 100% hand built using the plank-on-frame construction method, a technique similar to real shipbuilding. Each model requires hundreds of hours to complete, with master artisans meticulously assembling every piece. Before leaving the workshop, the model undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure perfection.
The model ship showcases the signature AIDA Cruises design, featuring a sleek white hull adorned with blue wave patterns and the iconic eye motif at the bow. The deck is intricately crafted with detailed sunbathing areas, pools, and lifeboats. Multiple decks, panoramic windows, and outdoor lounge spaces are faithfully replicated, while fine hand-tied rigging lines and realistic metal railings enhance the overall authenticity. The colorful AIDA logo displayed on the smokestack completes the model’s vibrant and lifelike appearance.
Mounted on a sturdy wooden stand, this stunning model serves as a remarkable display piece, perfect for homes, offices, or maritime collections. A must-have for cruise lovers, collectors, and enthusiasts, this 100% hand-built AIDAbella model ship embodies precision craftsmanship and an appreciation for modern ocean liners.
