Willow creek teak warrants to the original purchaser that the products are free from material and workmanship defects with normal use and regular maintenance. Warranty is to the original owner only and starts at the date of purchase. The product frame and structural components warranty lasts for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. The fabrics warranty lasts for a period of five (5) years from the date of the original purchase. Cushion-fill materials warranty lasts a period of one (1) year from the date of the original purchase. The authorized retailer of record or purchaser will pay the freight/shipping costs for replaced products in North America for one (1) year from the date of the original purchase.
