Cotton Reversible Throw Pillow (Set of 2)

Under normal circumstances I would give the pillows a 5 star and as you can see, the cat is quite fond of them. SO, my 3 star is not related to the quality of the pillows, but to shipping and customer service issues trying to correct a shipping error. I had to contact Wayfair multiple times and escalate my complaint. I will say though, this is the first time I have had issues not getting stellar service from Wayfair. In the end, they made it right and I do appreciate that. I am sticking with a 3 star review though because the pillows I ordered were part of Wayfairs Tried and True Program and I am to give an honest review of my experience. After receiving the incorrect pillows, I notified Wayfair and they asked the pillows received be returned. Under no circumstances should a customer have to locate a Fed Ex shipping depot to return a package that was shipped in error. I requested a pick-up at my home and was told the return was not eligible for a Fed Ex Pick up. This is the point at which I escalated my issue and then was told to keep the incorrect pillows and they were shipping out the correct pillows. So, both sets of pillows are lovely, but there was a bit of frustration with this particular order....which is not typical for Wayfair.

Unfortunately I received the wrong pillows. The two pillows were inside a box, unwrapped, without any tags. The paper inside the box said gray faux fur toss, but the pillows I received were a completely different material. The pillows I received are Honeycomb brand and are very nice and attractive. They don’t really go with the other pillows I have on my couch though.

I am going to have to order another set of these pillows. They are so soft - I am always drawn to test the textures of anything that I like (baby blankets, stuffed animals, etc.). These are the softest throw pillows - I catch myself sitting on the couch by them just so I can hold one and rub it.

Love these pillows! I got them for the couch in the kids playroom and they are perfect! They are so soft and fluffy and the kids love cuddling them! They are so versatile, would look just as good on our more formal bed and would be great throw pillows for the family room couch as well.

I’m Very happy that I chose this selection of pillows, they are as soft as a baby lamb, very comfortable and plush and they look wonderful on my new sofa. I’ll need to purchase two more, my family and I love them.
