Semi Sheer Roller Shade

Rating this down because we weren’t able to mount these inside our window because there was not enough room to attach the mounting hardware. It would have required drilling through the window itself.

These Roller Shades are Amazing - highly recommend. I bought a set of 2, in white, for our kitchen window to replace some old beige vertical blinds (which we inheritted when we bought the house) and now every time I walk into the kitchen I smile and walk over to let the sunshine in, by just lightly lifting the bottom and the shades glide up and provide just the right amount of incoming light. Where as before, I hated opening the vertical blinds, because they would clink loudly and rattle around, which was just too much before my morning coffee.

The shade is made with thick material so hopefully my kids don't destroy it. Also these shades filter the light surprisingly well. Absolutely would recommend these shades.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Eclipse zebra shade is a cordless shade that alternates between a solid shade or every other stripe being see through. I like that even when it is closed, I still get alot of light coming into the house. It is a bit bulky but a well made shade. Easy to lift up and down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This looks really good now that it is up. It will let light through without compromising visual privacy, which is great,. The mounting feature for the average home owner, would be difficult. Even as a skilled DIY'er it was difficult. The instructions weren't very helpful. It would be very helpful to have a paper template as opposed to having to hold up the heavy shade to mark the holes. I made my own template and it helped immensely. If you don't pull it perfectly from the center, it roles the shade to the side, and will chafe the edge of the shade material.  It seems to be constructed be fairly well, there just needs to something to help the average homeowner to put it up.
