I ordered this bed 8 days ago. From putting it in my cart to putting it up in my room it has exceeded my every expectation! The delivery guys were diligent and efficient- definitely worth paying to have them put it in your room of choice!

Wonderful bed, affordable, and perfect in our space! Great neutral color and we will enjoy the style of the bed for years to come.

Love the look of the bed. Quality is mid-level, definitely scratches easily but can be covered over by a wood marker. I added a 8 inch box spring which helps with overall stability (the legs on the bottom are not sturdy) and raises the mattress up to a comfortable level. Recently had to disassemble it for a move and there are A LOT of pieces. Trying to locate the assembly instructions as it was originally constructed by the white glove service.

After waiting WEEKS for my 2100 canopy bed to arrive in five batches three shipments sporadically arriving week to week, my son and I opened each box carefully to inspect the quality and workmanship of my purchase. To say that we were not thrilled would be a slight understatement when we discovered that there was absolutely NO INSTRUCTIONS OR HARDWARE INCLUDED WHATSOEVER! Upon calling customer service there response with someone would reach out to me by email within 48 hours. I was blown away. Not only do I have humongous pieces of wood all over my floor and the headboard and another room but I have a nine month old grandson crawling around everywhere and this is a major problem. Not only that I’ve waited almost a month for this very expensive bed that is literally in pieces . I asked if I could get compensated or credited for this inconvenience and frustration and their response was that they would give me 10 off my next order. After dealing with this ridiculous situation, I would NEVER order from this company again. So why would I accept 10 on something I’m never gonna buy again. 35 years ago, I bought a beautiful mahogany Drexel heritage bedroom set. The company was unable to fill the order for three weeks so they credited us back 30 off the retail price. Now that was customer service.

Bed looked good in the picture. However, multiple dents, chips, scratches and breakage.
