Cute, but no instructions as to how you are supposed to stick your hand way inside to insert the battery. You can't see the battery compartment really, so no idea which end is which with respect to the battery. I ended up pretty much "removing" the clock to see what I was doing. I managed to get the clock back in its position place, but it was difficult; trial and error. Not a user-friendly design feature. Also, the clock face itself is at a considerable slow to conform to the slope of the kettle, I guess. In my opinion, the clock could have jutted out more and closer to a 90-degree angle, this improving viewing of the clock face. I have been looking for the perfect statement clock for my living room shelves and this clock checked all my boxes! It isn’t heavy, but it has good weight so it doesn’t feel cheap. Disappointed. These clocks are attractive, however not well made. They took quite a long time to show up which of course they kept me up to date and its arrival. They were packed well no physical damage. The exterior of the clock is plastic, seems sturdy but if you pick it up you know its just cheap plastic. They were larger than what I expected. They give you two clocks one black, one white. The black clock looks okay the white one is awful. Around the rim of the clock its chipped and looks very cheaply made.
