Obsessed with this sauna! I would 100% recommend this to anyone. Almost Heaven's youtube videos on how to assemble it are super helpful and along with the instructions make it straight forward to install. We were worried it wouldn't get that hot but while the heat is not evenly distributed (the floor is noticeably cooler than the domed roof) it gets really warm.

Received product with missing pieces. I am not able to build the sauna with the pieces that are missing. It has been 2 weeks without an answer from Wayfair or the vendor. Very upset. Item has been sitting outside of my home in the elements. Boxes and the items are just getting ruined at this point. Very upset, my investment of the sauna was not cheap. Trying to return items and have not gotten a response back. I currently have a wayfair proffesional account and use website for business purposes as a general contractor/ designer.

The sauna works great. It heats up fast, and once heated it stays hot for a long time without the heater coming back on. This is so much better than an infared sauna. Don't waste your money on infared pay a little more and get a real sauna.

I love my sauna! I use it every day--sometimes twice a day. it was easy to out together and the cedar wood smells great.

Love the sauna! It’s been in my cart for almost 2 years and I finally hit the purchase button. I thought I was getting in over my head, but putting the sauna together was easy! It took me a few hours, my husband had to help me with lifting the front and back panels in and completing the top. We were able to get an electrician out soon after the sauna was built. We used it this weekend and it was great! I’ve always used a wet sauna growing up and this is just as good. I was worried it wouldn’t be as hot as our wood sauna and this is very comparable. I can’t say a vista window would be worth the money, other than for light I guess. My sauna door is always steamed up so I can’t see outside anyways while using it. Delivery went well, so no problems there either. Great purchase!

We love this sauna! It arrived a month earlier than expected, which was totally awesome!  my wife and I put this together in three hours was really quite easy. Our electrician came out the next day and installed all the electrical. The sauna was up and running and operating in no time at all. It looks great and functions properly. We highly recommend this sauna to anyone who is thinking about getting one. We chose the Vista window. Also it just adds to the beauty of the sauna.  The craftsmanship of these units is phenomenal. Hats off to the Almost Heaven Company in West Virginia!
