Pillow protector appears to be very well made. UPDATE: Washed for 1st time and found stitching on one case completely undone leaving a 3 inch hole that needs to be repaired. Haven’t washed yet but it appears sturdy enough to resist the hot water washing that is recommended. I am an atheltic/active preson but was having neck issues. I went to the Wayfair store and tested this pillow based on the sales persons suggestions on my needs, shoulder size and side sleeping.
