Table Lamp

Item was broken in the box and now the mfg won’t issue a refund. What a disgrace

I love the blue colors of these lamps and the high quality. I am only giving the lamps four stars due to the damage on one of the shades, but the other matching lamp I purchased was perfect. I was disappointed when the delivery person left them out by my garage in the rain versus placing them under my covered porch. One of the boxes was also crushed, so sadly the shade was bent. I reshaped it as best I could and placed it against a brick wall so that the damaged part does not show. Sending it back was an option but I didn’t want to order new lamps and risk it happening again. I believe the packaging could be improved upon and perhaps this would not have happened. I do love these lamps though.

I love this lamp. A little more blue than the pics but very close. It is large and elegant and a tri-light which I didn’t know qhen I bought it. For the price - this is expensive- was surprised at the packaging. The box was big because of the shade but the base, while wrapped, was floating around in the box with a few random pieces of styrofoam thrown in. Lucky it didn’t come damaged. But as it didn’t, very pleased!
