• Mechanisms Tested at 25,000 cycles
• Delrin bushings to reduce noise and provide a smooth function.
• Mechanisms are mounted to the frame with four 2” bolts and locking t-nut inserts / metal self-tapping screws
• Mechanism springs are insulated to reduce noise
• Rocker mechanism have a weight capacity of 350 lbs.
• Seat Springs – 8.5-gauge heat tempered steel. Back Springs – 12-gauge heat tempered steel. We use insulated and reinforced metal connecting clips with plastic inserts to hold the spring in place and reduce noise.
• Our wood seat frames are all hardwood materials (kiln dried) with 4 metal seat braces. All joints are double dowelled (with spiral grooves) and glued.
• We use a 15-denier fill that is 2 ½” conjugated fiber. Conjugated fiber is a spiraled fiber that holds its shape better, feels better, and has better spring. We use sewn in partitions in our backs to avoid fiber fall
