I am trying to exchange this damaged item and I have called twice and was told it was being handled and it has not...terrible.

My client really loves this! The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because it had to be returned due to damage but the replacement arrived damage free. It took a little longer than I thought but all is good! Thank you for making it right!

Would have given this 5 stars but the first one I got had a massive dent in the frame so I had to send it back for a replacement. Replacement came and the frame has a dent, this one is smaller. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of exchanging it for another dented picture but the 3D art is beautiful!

This is an amazing deal on some truly unique art with a 3d twist. Saw this at a local store and couldnt believe what they wanted for it but had to have it. A quick Google lens search revealed only Wayfair had the exact item for sale at half off. Still a decent amount of money but it has been a conversation piece in our household since it arrived. Shipping was fast enough even though Fed Ex sent it past our state just to come back a few days later thats on Fed Ex not Wayfair. It arrived just as described. Thank you Wayfair for the amazing first purchase! I will be using your site more in the future.

My granddaughter like mine and her bday was the day it arrives at the wrong address so she didn’t get her present I’ve ordered some very expensive products from u there great but FedEx is y I won’t shop there anymore they don’t have what it takes to get the right address

Should have a bit more glow/glitter when not having light shine on it
