This review should have come much earlier if my remodeling of the master bath could go faster 1. Super fast in delivery and solid in package, it has been sitting in my garage waiting for other works to complete first. 2. It is exactly the right product I am looking for, feature wise and price acceptability for the features 3. I would love the get another one for my baths upstair. 4. Will recommend to others -- the quality and the experience is super! and here is the story: Like what I mentioned, we just remodeled our master bath and wanted a premium smart toilet. I took time comparing TOTO and Kohler, found out their high-end models were ridiculously expensive. Then I come across this 2026 EPLO Pro M1. It had all the flagship features at exactly the price point I wanted. Ordering was seamless, and the premium packaging kept it perfectly safe during shipping. Installation by our local plumber was a breeze. After experience the toilet, I honestly can’t live without it. I like the motion sensor and convenience with closing and opening the lip and my wife loves the personalization side of the feature: she got to set up her own preferences for water temp, pressure, and heated seat levels that she can switch over with a click on the remote. Before she just complained about being too cold especially during winter. One flaw though: the air dryer. Like many bidets, the drying takes way too long. It takes 3-5 minutes to completely dry. I usually get impatient and just use toilet paper to pat dry first. Despite the slow dryer, the auto-flush, auto-lid, and custom profiles make this an amazing buy.
