This new bedframe is ok. Baskets in big drawers could be a little larger. And Im not sure why the small drawers at the foot of the bed dont have wooden fronts panels, and it's difficult to keep mattress on frame. It slids sideways when you sit on or try to make the bed. Very disappointed with this purchase. It’s advertised as “heavy-duty,” but it’s made of cheap plywood and feels flimsy and unstable once assembled. Several pieces did not fit together properly, making assembly frustrating, and the wood was already chipping in multiple areas right out of the box. The finish looks worn and low quality. I also reached out to customer service and have not heard back, which is frustrating when trying to resolve an issue like this.
