I’ve used SunSetter at two homes over the past ten years. These are quality made and work as advertised cutting wind and UV but still allowing some see through in our backyard. Our SunSetter awning is now installed and working perfectly. The order process, delivery and final product all met expectations. Our only disappointment was the fact that we were charged a $50 delivery fee. All Wayfair ads stress free delivery and yet we were charged $50. What’s up with that. The installed SunSetter, as of last night, works just fine. I like the upgrades since I bought the first one nearly fifteen years ago. Get the motor. Get the remote. Maybe even the wind sensor? I didn't get that. Always be mindful of the wind. My SunSetter is part of why my house is my home. I thought that sounded more mature than writing, I love my SunSetter. Everything I was looking for. The colors are gorgeous, the motorized arms work so smooth and quiet, excellent quality. We can put it out when we need it and retract it when we don't.
