It was a very nice product and everybody liked it. However, the parts in the original parts were not fit so that I needed to order parts according to my installer whom I found with difficulties since I was unable to get the referral from Wayfair.. Anonymous. US. Fri Oct 07 2022

Our SunSetter awning is now installed and working perfectly. The order process, delivery and final product all met expectations. Our only disappointment was the fact that we were charged a $50 delivery fee. All Wayfair ads stress free delivery and yet we were charged $50. What’s up with that. I’ve used SunSetter at two homes over the past ten years. These are quality made and work as advertised cutting wind and UV but still allowing some see through in our backyard.
