The can didnt come with any instructions on how to install, no paper work whatsoever felt as if it came from a thrift store or something shipping box was in bad condition tape was coming off. The step stool is beautiful and well made. It actually is just what I need but I'm reducing one point because it has a drilled hole that in my opinion should not be there. In the pictures online this hole doesn't appear at all in the ladder. That upset me a lot when I opened the box as it was the first thing I spot.
