I love the slick design of the unit. Easy to install, child proof since you have to press the buttons on the top, yet it could be an hassle to press-hold functionality. It does make boiling sound when the water needs to be heated again, but it is low sound. My unit came with little gap in the seams of the button. Glue must dried out.
