These replaced another ceramic decoration that found its demise from a porch pirate. First two weeks are positive. They are starting to show a bit of patina as expected. I feel they help bring the heat up from the firepit, but I can't say for sure. A couple of unexpected items, they seemed wet when delivered, not sure what was up, but I just let the dry a bit then put them in the fire.
