I was looking for an offset smoker: What I received is a Universal BarBQue Grilling Monster Machine that can literally do it all. Best Money I've Spent, Period. Pros: Will happily provide complete support for any outdoor grilling style you'd care to attempt, except cold smoking. All needed items included (no cleanup items). Very Cool modular design makes cleanout a Breeze. Cons: These are minor: HOT wood fires in the offset box will remove the finish. Suggest: reinforce firebox metal thickness, especially adjacent to the box's hinges. Also, some exposed edges are finished, but very thin and sharp: If Kids are present, Watch Em Close..Be Careful During Assembly. Suggest: Break & Roll exposed metal edges prior to finishing.. Stien.
