As someone who likes to batch different flavors, the three zone feature on this dehydrator is a dream. I've got a small jerky operation, and being able to dry different marinades at the same time without any crossover is amazing. We purchased our 1st 16tray dehydrator approximately 10 years ago. We have since purchased another 7 dehydrators. Obviously this tells you that we are extremely happy with them. We use them to dry mangoes which we have been doing for over 30 years. These machines give our most successful results.
